  • Replacement tree planting

    Policy

    Following the felling of the Himalayan Birch tree authorised by this consent, a replacement Himalayan Birch tree shall be planted on the site. The replacement tree shall be container grown or root balled and of minimum selected standard (10-12cm) size in accordance with British Standard 3936: 1992 Nursery Stock Part One. The replacement tree shall be planted futher back from the rear boundary during the first planting season following the felling. The Local Planning Authority shall be notified in writing within 7 days of the planting of the tree.
