    Before the first occupation of the extension hereby permitted, the first floor level side elevation screening panel, which serves the balcony area, as indicated on the amended plans (dated the 19.09.2023) shall be in situ and permanently obscure glazed to a level of obscurity to Pilkington level 3 or above or its technical equivalent by other manufactures and shall be permanently retained in that condition thereafter, and to a minimum height of 1.8m, unless otherwise approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
