A replacement fig tree (Ficus carica) shall be planted at the property to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority during the first available planting season following completion of the development hereby approved. The replacement tree shall be of minimum of 'Half Standard' size which has been container grown and must be of a quality which complies with the British Standards Institute specification 3936 for Nursery Stock, 1992.
