    Prior to commencement of relevant works details of the internal alterations to classrooms S5 and S6 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. These shall include details of the removal and infilling of doorway 01 within classroom S5 and statement/details of what will happen to the original door.   • Obscure Glazing

    Policy

    Prior to the first occupation or use of the building for its approved use, obscured glazing panels to a minimum of level 3 on the Pilkington scale shall be fitted to the windows in the east elevation of the proposed building. The approved panels shall not thereafter be replaced other than with glazing of an equivalent or greater degree of obscurity.
