Prior to the commencement of external works hereby granted, a Method Statement for all works to the external stonework shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. This shall include a work programme for all works to the external stonework including the repair/reinstatement of the stone sills/stringcourses to the windows, and the making good of stonework after the removal of both the existing installations and the instalment of the new ATM. Works to be carried out in accordance with this agreement.
