    Should cooking of food become an integral business activity, a revised scheme containing full details of an extraction/ventilation system to control the emission of cooking smells and fumes so as to prevent any odour disamenity to nearby residents shall be submitted to and approved by the local planning authority in writing. The approved scheme shall be installed and be fully operational when the use commences.
