    Policy

    No development works shall commence until the applicant has provided to the Local Planning Authority with evidence of either: A licence issued by Natural England pursuant of The Protection of Badgers Act 1992 authorising the specified activity/development to go ahead, or A statement in writing from Natural England (or another relevant licencing authority) to the effect that a specific activity /development does not require a licence.

  • Drainage maintenance

    Policy

    Prior to the first occupation of the development hereby approved, details of the drainage management and maintenance plan shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The drainage system for foul and surface water drainage shall be retained, managed and maintained for the lifetime of the development in accordance with the approved drainage management and maintenance plan.

    Policy

    Prior to the installation of any lighting adjacent to the railway, details of the location, colour and illumination of any external lighting shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and approved in conjunction with Network Rail. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

    Policy

    Development shall not commence until a construction methodology has been agreed with the Asset Protection Project Manager at Network Rail and submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority which demonstrates that the development can be undertaken without impact to operational railway safety.
