| Description | Prior to occupation of the development, a report detailing the design methodology to achieve the following internal acoustic standards shall be provided for approval to the LPA. All such requirements in the approved report shall be implemented prior to occupation of the development and a compliance report submitted to demonstrate that the requirements have been achieved (windows closed and alternative means of ventilation provided): - Average noise levels in living rooms and dining rooms during the day not to exceed 35 dB LAeq,0700-2300hrs and 40 dB LAeq,0700-2300hrs; - Average noise levels in bedrooms not to exceed 35 dB LAeq,0700-2300hrs and 30 dB LAeq,2300-0700hrs; - Maximum noise levels not to regularly exceed 45 dB LAmax in bedrooms during the 2300-0700hrs period. | Facts |
