| Description | Prior to occupation of the development, a report detailing an acoustic assessment of the noise impact of all fixed plant and equipment on nearby residential uses in accordance with BS4142:2014 + A1:2019, shall be provided for approval to the LPA so as to demonstrate that the rating level of noise from all fixed plant and equipment does not exceed the measured background noise level at the nearby residential properties boundaries.
