Description	Prior to commencement of the relevant works, details of an extraction/ventilation system to control the emission of cooking smells and fumes so as to prevent any odour disamenity to nearby residents shall be submitted to and approved by the local planning authority in writing, for the kitchen and any cafe. The approved scheme shall be installed and be fully operational when the use commences. All equipment installed as part of the scheme shall thereafter be operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
