| Description | Following the felling of the pine trees authorised by this consent, three replacement Himalayan birch trees shall be planted on the site. The replacement trees shall be container grown or root balled and of standard (8-10cm) size in accordance with British Standard 3936: 1992 Nursery Stock Part One. The replacement trees shall be planted in the front garden during the first planting season following the felling.
