Description	On the submission of the first reserved matters application, an ecological enhancement plan shall be submitted to the local planning authority for approval in writing. This plan shall be based on the Ecological Enhancement Plan (ARK Ltd. Feb 2021) and amended as necessary according to final approved layout. The ecological enhancement plan shall also have a 10 year management and monitoring plan included to ensure that enhancements are maintained to ensure long term ecological enhancements, the ecological enhancement plan shall be implemented prior to the first occupation of the site or an alternative timescale to be approved in writing with the local planning authority.
