| Description | 1. Construction / demolition work shall only be permitted between the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm on Saturdays, and not at all on Sundays and Bank Holidays. 2. Best practicable means shall be used to restrict the emission of noise, vibration, smoke, odour, fumes, grit or dust arising from the construction / demolition hereby permitted, and activities shall be undertaken in accordance with BS5228:2009 +A1:2014 Noise And Vibration Control On Construction And Open Sites, Part 1: Noise. 3. There shall be no burning of materials permitted on site. 4. All artificial lighting for the site, both temporary and permanent, shall be of such a design and installed and sited / angled in such a manner as to prevent glare or light shining directly into neighbouring dwellings and the illuminance in the vertical plane at all nearby residential properties from such lighting shall not exceed 2 lux between the hours of 21.00 and 07.00hrs. | Facts |
