Description Before the development is brought into use, the sight lines as shown on the approved plan shall be rendered effective by removing or reducing the height of anything existing on the land hatched black on the said plan which obstructs visibility at any height greater than 900mm above the level of the near side channel line of the public highway. The visibility thus provided shall thereafter be maintained as such, unless otherwise approved in writing with the local planning authority. Facts
