Description Within 30 days of planning permission being granted, details of an extraction/ventilation system to control the emission of odours and fumes from the nail bar so as to prevent any odour disamenity to nearby residents shall be submitted to the local planning authority in writing, for approval. The approved scheme shall be installed and be fully operational within 30 days of approval. All equipment installed as part of the scheme shall thereafter be operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
