| Description | The scheme of landscaping (Landscaping Plan 23 - 067 - LP - B) which has been agreed as part of this application shall be started during the first available planting season following the commencement of the development hereby granted. It shall thereafter be maintained by the site owner. Any tree or shrub planted in accordance with the scheme which becomes damaged or diseased, or dies or is removed shall be replaced during the next planting season.
