| Description | Unless as shall be specifically approved otherwise in writing by the Local Planning Authority, the scheme of landscaping shall be implemented in full accordance with the approved details during the first available planting season following the completion of the phase of development hereby granted, and the local planning authority notified in writing within 7 working days of the completion of the landscape works to inspect and approve practical completion in writing.
