Description	The development shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted flood risk assessment (ref September 2023 / GridServe / LCO-JBAU-XX-XX-RP-Z-0001) and the following mitigation measures it details: o The concrete foundation which holds the sub-station and charging infrastructure, shall be set no lower than 150mm above the surrounding ground levels o The electrical cabling and substation hardware should be set at a height of 150mm above the surrounding ground level These mitigation measures shall be fully implemented prior to occupation and subsequently in accordance with the scheme's timing/ phasing arrangements.
