The strategy shall be informed by the Institute of Lighting Professionals/Bat Conservation Trust, Guidance Note 08/23: Bats and Artificial Lighting at Night. All external lighting shall be installed in accordance with the specification and locations set out in the strategy and maintained as such. 2025-03-20
