Reason To ensure that trees are protected from damage during construction. Facts
Description The development hereby granted shall not be commenced nor materials or machinery brought onto the site until the trees which it has been agreed shall be retained are fenced off in accordance with a scheme that has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. A scheme of fencing shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority which shall comply with B.S. Specification No. 5837 'Trees in relation to Construction (1991)', with the Council's 'Code of Practice in Relation to Trees on Development Sites' and with the Council's illustrated guidelines 'Protection of Trees on Development Sites'. The works shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved scheme. Facts
