Description	Prior to the commencement of relevant works, full details of the door and windows on the front elevation shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Window frames to be white/off-white externally and windows to be fully working sliding sash windows unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
