| Description | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted flood risk statement compiled by Building Link Design Architects (13/09/23) and the following mitigation measures it details: - Finished Floor levels of the ground floor will be no lower than 2.88 meters above Ordinance Datum (mAOD); - There shall be no sleeping accommodation located on the ground floor of the development; - Flood resilience measures will be incorporated up to a minimum of 4.4 mAOD; and - Electrical sockets will be raised to a minimum of 4.4 mAOD. These mitigation measures shall be fully implemented prior to occupation and subsequently in accordance with the scheme's timing/phasing arrangements. The measures detailed above shall be retained and maintained thereafter throughout the lifetime of the development. | Facts |
